Payment is required in full prior to delivery unless account arrangements have been put in place.

All prices and specifications may be subject to change without prior notice.

Postage and Shipping

Currently all shipping is via Australia Post, we will be adding shipping options shortly so that customers can choose the method by which our products are shipped.

Defective Merchandise

Authorisation must be obtained from Funky Flasks prior to the return of any products that are defective or have been damaged in transit. Any freight costs on goods being returned are to be paid by the customer returning the product however if products are deemed to be defective after inspection a replacement product will be shipped immediately and a credit for the return freight costs will be issued.

Product Guarantee

No claims are recognised after 14 days. All Funky Flasks products are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials. There is no other warranty expressed or implied. Funky Flasks assumes no liability for defects or damages caused by abuse or misuse of any product, the product must be used for its recommended purpose.

Guidelines

Funky Flasks is not liable for any other direct ,indirect ,incidental or consequential damages costs or expense.
